Haven Wellness collects the booking details you choose to share — your name, the package, date, time and duration you select, and anything you send in your WhatsApp message to a companion.
Why booking data is collected
Booking data is used to schedule experiences, prepare for the session, communicate respectfully, and support client care.
Who receives booking information
Your booking message is sent by you, from your own WhatsApp account, to the companion you choose. Only that companion and authorized Haven Wellness administrators involved in confirming bookings receive your details.
Payments and deposits
A 50% deposit reserves your session and the remaining 50% is settled after your experience. Payment amounts are confirmed with you before anything is paid, and payment credentials are never collected on this website.
Contact protection and retention
Contact information is protected and used only for booking-related communication. Detailed retention timelines can be finalized in the operational privacy policy before launch.
