Who receives booking information
Booking details are sent to the Haven Wellness booking inbox and made available only to authorized administrators involved in confirming and managing bookings.
Payment processing
M-PESA payment responses are stored to verify booking payment status. Payment secrets are kept server-side and are not exposed in the browser.
Contact protection and retention
Contact information is protected and used only for booking-related communication. Detailed retention timelines can be finalized in the operational privacy policy before launch.
