Professional wellness focus
Haven Wellness experiences are professional, platonic, and wellness-focused. Sessions are designed around comfort, presence, conversation, relaxation, and well-being.
Consent and boundaries
Services are consent-based and boundary-respecting. No sexual behavior, harassment, coercion, or inappropriate conduct is allowed. The professional may end a session if boundaries are crossed.
Accurate booking details
Clients must provide accurate contact information and address/location details so the booking can be confirmed and handled safely.
Payments and cancellations
Payment and cancellation policy details will be confirmed before launch. Until then, bookings may be reviewed manually before final confirmation.
Privacy and communication
Clients and professionals are expected to communicate respectfully. Booking details are handled discreetly and used only for booking, payment, confirmation, and support needs.
